Business Development Manager/General Manager Designate

Owing to reorganisation we are looking to make this senior appointment. The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the Electro Mechanical Market and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of not only developing business but also have a clear focus on the customer and profit. We are looking for this individual to develop within our Management Team through to the position of General Manager of our Trafford Park Works in Manchester within an agreed time scale.
Strong organisational skills and a good understanding of the industry are vital attributes and so is an ability to become a Leader. This is no 'ordinary' appointment we are looking to make. A substantial Salary, Company Car (or privately funded car), Performance related bonus, Pension and Life Assurance will make up the remuneration package.
